A Quick Overview of Geotrax Train Toys

Geotrax was first introduced in the year 2003. The trains and the toy vehicles can be operated via a remote control and they may also be used for push along play. Goetrax consists of tracks for building layouts, train cars, train engines and several playsets. Some geotrax toys are modeled after popular trains. These toys can be divided into the following categories:
- Construction
- Rail
- Elevation
- Rescue
- Air and Sea playsets
Rail sets many be basic pieces that consist of an engine with one or more cars or it may contain up to 30 pieces that can be arranged in many different ways. Tunnels, cranes and water works are a part of the Rail playsets. Mountains, bridges, clock tower toys make the Elevation playsets. Construction sets come in various different variations like digging, trucking, fork lift and mining. Fire stations, toy police cars, ambulances are a part of Rescue playsets. Air and Sea sets usually comprise of trains, tugboats, jet planes, airports, seaplanes etc. Geotrax trains also come with miniature figures, which make for passengers and conductors.
